Next to perhaps Legos, programming could be considered my first "project" or hobby.
I started becoming fascinated with computers when I was around
eight years old. For several years my dream was to program my own
computer game and someday work with a computer game company.
At that time, with natural interest and encouragement from my Dad I was soon
writing Batch files in DOS and then
simple programs in Borland C. This was my main hobby until I was about
fourteen years old and started playing the piano!.
I have on this page a few of the more major programs I made. My Dad
helped me quite a bit with the assembly routines I used for speeding
up the graphics. These two programs both run in 300x200x256 graphics mode.
I have the source code
available too although I doubt it would be any use to anyone today. It is basically
only of interest as interesting history.
